Processing Time:
We typically ship necklaces within 1-2 business days and acrylic products within 2-4 business days. Once we shipped your order, we will send a notification to your email.

We have two warehouses. USA orders will be shipped from our Florida warehouse and the rest of the orders will be shipped from our Netherland warehouse.

We ship all items with USPS or Fedex for Priority Shipping. For European and International shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
